lovely New House located in TULUM. We are off to visit our
family in Spain and New York for the holidays and we are looking
forward to sublet our lovely house for any period of time between
December 12 and January 7 ONLY TO LOVELY PEOPLE.
Our house is located 2 minutes from Tulum TOWN and 7 minutes to the
most beautiful beaches of Tulum.
Living in that house has never stopped being a wonderful experience
for us. Its an ULTRA MODERN - built and designed by a native New
Yorker.
It’s a spacious comfortable house, surrounded by tall Jungle trees. It
has been our on going dream Mexico vacation.
You'll be driving on a wonderful short off road leading to the house
from the main town of tulum , where the atmosphere is very Mexican,
yet combined with an international flavor due to its wide selection of
restaurants, cafes and small boutique stores.
The house has 6 meter ceiling height in the living area, a huge and
wonderful ROOF DECK overlooking the whole area, and a POOL OF FRESH
UNDERGROUND WATER. Though there are wonderful indoor bathrooms, we
love taking a OUTDOOR SHOWERS - just another experience...
we also love waking up every morning to loud symphonies of birds
singing and chicken clucking.
The house is nicely furnished and has all that you need in the kitchen.
It will also be perfect for those who want to share it with another
family and who may need some space to be alone from time to time, as
it has 4 levels with another kitchen on the third floor.
Infused with silence and beauty, it will give you the ultimate
experience of relaxation and a space where you will love to land and
take a siesta after spending time on the beach |
